Bill is a finance executive and consultant with a wide range of leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies, startups and well-established global companies. His record of success includes areas such as accounting, auditing, compliance, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, corporate insurance, and acquisition due diligence and integration. He specializes in identification of process improvements and creating functional capabilities in both oversight and advisory roles.
Bill most recently served as Vice President Internal Audit and Chief Risk Officer for ITT Inc. He previously worked for EMCOR Group, Inc. in several roles including Vice President, Finance – Compliance and Vice President, Controller and prior to that at Gartner Inc. in accounting/reporting roles. He started his career at Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in audit positions. Bill is a past board member and president of the Fairfield/Westchester County Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and currently is a board member and treasurer of Make-a-Wish of Connecticut. He has been a speaker and member of the steering committee for the North East Annual Cyber Security conference for the past five years.

Maia is a Data Privacy Attorney and a Certified Information Privacy Professional. She works with corporate clients on the legal obligations connected to the electronic information collected, used and maintained. She advises on internal governance issues including privacy, information security and BYOD policies and vendor management related to privacy and security. Maia also advises on the variances between US information privacy and EU data protection laws and works with clients to meet requirements on both sides of the Atlantic.
Maia is a seasoned transactional attorney working with digital assets, has headed her own practice for more than a decade and has worked as in-house counsel for a multi-national corporation and a start-up.
Maia co-chairs the Information Technology and Cyber Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is the Regional Co-Chair of her law school’s New York alumni chapter.
She received her J.D. from Northeastern University in Boston, her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Fine Arts from Syracuse University. The International Association of Privacy Professionals provided her certification as a CIPP in 2012.
