Drawing upon a unique combination of more than 20 years of technical, process, policy, and business experience in leading Fortune 500 companies Ms. Gupta provides consulting to public and private sector clients in the areas of privacy, security, cybercrime, breach management, and cyber strategy. Her services include assistance to boards and senior management, security risk assessments, global compliance reviews, and defining mature security programs and strategy. Her company, OutSecure Inc. is a preferred provider of security consulting services.

Maia T. Spilman, Esq./CIPP

Maia is a Data Privacy Attorney and a Certified Information Privacy Professional. She works with corporate clients on the legal obligations connected to the electronic information collected, used and maintained. She advises on internal governance issues including privacy, information security and BYOD policies and vendor management related to privacy and security. Maia also advises on the variances between US information privacy and EU data protection laws and works with clients to meet requirements on both sides of the Atlantic.

Maia is a seasoned transactional attorney working with digital assets, has headed her own practice for more than a decade and has worked as in-house counsel for a multi-national corporation and a start-up.

Maia co-chairs the Information Technology and Cyber Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is the Regional Co-Chair of her law school’s New York alumni chapter.

She received her J.D. from Northeastern University in Boston, her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Fine Arts from Syracuse University. The International Association of Privacy Professionals provided her certification as a CIPP in 2012.

Dori Graff, CFA, has been decoding the investment management industry for nearly two decades. She founded Mirabelle Strategies in 2013 to bring strategic insights and actionable advice to investment firms across the asset spectrum, from wealth managers to large institutions. Dori’s deep sector experience combines broad market-wide perspectives with a hands-on knowledge of the everyday running of an asset management business. To keep her finger on the pulse of industry activity, Dori has conducted more than 250 one-on-one interviews with senior financial services executives. In addition to her client work, Dori writes frequently about industry trends for several leading publications.

Dori began her financial services career as a sell-side equity research analyst and has worked at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Her primary coverage area was the financial services sector. In 2005, she transitioned to the buy-side within Deutsche Bank to support the Executive Committee as a Vice President with Deutsche Asset Management’s Strategy & Business Development team. During her tenure, she helped redefine the strategic direction of the $750 billion AuM division by assessing core strengths and identifying new product strategies and geographies for business focus. Her responsibilities included leading the annual strategic planning process and execution of key business development projects.

A champion of women in business, Dori is active with the Financial Women’s Association, 100 Women in Finance and the Women’s Investment Management Forum. While at Deutsche Bank, she co-founded a networking and development group for women in asset management. She is also a longtime member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute, having earned her CFA charter in 2004.

In her local community, Dori is involved with several charitable organizations including the Boys & Girls Club and Meals-on-Wheels. She is a proud graduate of Northwestern University (Go Cats!) and has been a member of the NU Alumni Admission Council for more than 15 years.

Dr. Sushil Gupta is a nationally-prominent vascular surgeon with over twenty years of clinical, research and teaching experience. He served on the faculties of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and the Harvard Medical School.He has published over 100 scientific publication in peer-reviewed journals and over 75 books.He is on the editorial boards of Vascular Surgery and the Annals of Vascular Surgery and the review boards of Circulation and the Journal of Vascular Surgery.

In 1983, he co-founded and provided the initial capital investment for DataEase International, Inc., a publisher of relational database software initially intended for hospitals and physicians. Most recently, Dr Gupta served as Acting CEO of NeuHealth, a project of Neuvis, Inc. (since acquired by IBM's Rational Software division). At NeuHealth, he spearheaded the development of software to allow hospitals and other health care data users to securely transmit medical data on the Internet in compliance with the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). In addition, he has personally developed database applications for recording research data in the fields of transplant surgery, cardiac surgery, and vascular surgery.
